Article 4.1: Online purchases
Conclusion of a contract
4.1 The presentation of our products in the Elite Pro-Gear online shop is only a non-binding invitation to order goods from us.
4.2 If you wish to place an Order, you must create an Account on the Sites, and you must follow the instructions on the Sites for placing an Order and adjusting your future order before placing it through the Sites.
4.3 By sending the order you make a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract.
4.4 The quotation is accepted by us upon delivery of goods. The automatically generated order confirmation email does not yet constitute acceptance of the quotes, but merely documents that the order has arrived at us. We are free to decide whether or not to accept an order. If we do not fulfill an order, we will inform you immediately.

4.6 We only sell our goods to end consumers aged 18 years and over and only in quantities that are customary in the trade.

CF-Fashion & Fighting World is entitled to refuse an order due to a serious shortcoming of the Customer with regard to orders in which the Customer is involved.
Article 4.2: Returns/Exchanges and execution of the agreement
All items purchased in the Elite Pro-Gear online shop can be returned to us for Returns/Exchanges within 10 working days of receipt. The goods are returned unused and undamaged. It is only permitted to try on the articles as is customary when trying on clothing/material in a store. The goods are returned in original packaging and provided with the original tags and labels, including original or copy invoice. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
Put the exchange/return items in the original packaging. Stick the return label over the old address sticker and send the package within 10 working days. Ask for a shipping receipt and keep it carefully.
After receiving the return, Fightingworld will send a confirmation of receipt
Fightingworld exchanges the item (if in stock) or makes you a digital voucher (valid for 1 year from the moment it is sent to you) worth the returned amount excluding delivery costs, depending on your wish, this code will be used as soon may be sent to your email.
Pay attention! If the item is not returned in the original packaging, if the packaging and/or the product is damaged, we may charge costs.
Article 5: Delivery and execution of the agreement

Items ordered through this webshop are delivered in Europe
The delivery is made by our partner DHL, Fightingworld is not liable in the event that the delivery period becomes longer due to DHL, nor for the loss of the ordered items or in the event of a strike. The transport risks are for the account of the buyer, who must submit a reasoned objection to DHL within five (5) working days from the delivery date. Incidentally, it is expressly stated that the ownership of the ordered items only transfers to the buyer after full payment of the total invoice amount, including the delivery costs. All other risks of loss of and damage to the items are transferred to the buyer upon delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed or expressly provided otherwise, the goods will be delivered to the Customer's place of residence within the delivery period stated at the checkout of your order.
Any visible damage and/or qualitative shortcoming of an article or other shortcoming in the delivery must be reported by the Customer to CF-Fashion & Fighting World without delay. The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer as soon as he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has taken physical possession of the goods. However, the risk already passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the Customer to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by CF-Fashion & Fighting World.

1. This gift voucher is valid for 1 year.

4. This gift card has a fixed value.
5. The General Terms and Conditions of CF-Fashion & Fighting World apply to this gift voucher.
6. Gift voucher cannot be combined with other promotions.
7. Gift voucher cannot be exchanged for money, (partial) refund and resale is not possible.
8. The gift voucher can be used for any amount (greater, equal to or smaller), the gift voucher remains usable until the residual value is 0
9. Gift vouchers cannot be merged. You can only use 1 gift card per order!
10. No compensation will be made in the event of theft or loss. Loss also includes the (accidental) deletion of e-mails.

The conditions below apply to the use of discount codes that are offered to you by CF-Fashion & Fighting World. By using these discount codes you automatically agree to the following conditions:

2. The nature, duration and expiry date of an offer and other specific conditions of use can be found in the expression in which the discount code is included. Each discount code is valid for a certain period, after this period the discount code can no longer be used.
3. You can use a maximum of 1 discount code per order. Discount codes only apply in combination with other discount percentages, discount promotion and discounts if they are specifically indicated.

7. Unless otherwise stated, each discount code can only be used once per person and per e-mail address.

Article 7: Retention of title
The delivered items remain the exclusive property of CF-Fashion & Fighting World until full payment by the Customer. The Customer undertakes, if necessary, to point out to third parties the retention of title of CF-Fashion & Fighting World, e.g. would come to seize.
Article 8: Right of withdrawal
The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who purchase items online from CF-Fashion & Fighting World in their capacity as consumers.

Any additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by CF-Fashion & Fighting World will not be refunded.
The Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for:
service agreements after the full performance of the service
the delivery or provision of goods or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which CF-Fashion & Fighting World has no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period;
the delivery of goods manufactured according to the Customer's specifications, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;
the supply of goods that spoil quickly or with a limited shelf life;
the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery;
the delivery of goods that are irrevocably mixed with other products after delivery by their nature;
the delivery of sealed audio and sealed video recordings and sealed computer software, the seal of which has been broken after delivery;
the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of contracts for a subscription to such publications;
the provision of accommodation other than for residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental services, catering and services relating to leisure activities, if a specific date or period of implementation is provided for in the agreements;
the contracts for services for betting and lotteries;
the delivery of discounted articles and promotions.

Article 9: Warranty
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the statutory warranty provisions apply. To invoke the warranty, the Customer must be able to present proof of purchase. Article 11: Sanctions for non-payment
Without prejudice to the exercise of other rights available to CF-Fashion & Fighting World, in the event of non-payment or late payment from the date of default, by operation of law and without notice, the Customer owes an interest of 10% per year on the unpaid amount. .
